Retreats
Participation in a retreat where you can make a conscientious, personal investment in mindfulness practice, is a very precious gift for yourself. It's a rare opportunity to lose oneself in the experience of a life with "wide margins" and of "just being", free for a while from the stressors and distractions of daily life.
During the retreat, you will have the opportunity to learn how to meet each moment with an open heart and mind. You will be offered, easy-to-follow techniques, for cultivating your deepest potential for living a full and satisfying life. You will also have the chance to explore how mindfulness practice embraces all the areas of your life with depth and wisdom.
The "Art of Mindful Living" retreats, are of benefit to people from all walks of life. The retreats include both guided and silent meditations, mindful yoga practice, walking meditation, and group discussions. Ample free time with silence will be provided each day for "just being" and for personal exploration.
